Key Principles

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any service provided by 33bmm, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who have not yet registered.

Creating duplicate accounts, accounts using false information, or accounts on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• 33bmm reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, including reversing a bonus already credited if the bonus was claimed under false pretences or through exploitation of a technical error.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh are limited-time offers and expire automatically at the stated end date.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 33bmm and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, use of automated betting bots or software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Registering multiple accounts or sharing account credentials with any third party.
• Attempting to exploit software glitches, errors in odds, or bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with good-faith gameplay.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 33bmm platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game interfaces, written content, and trade names — is the exclusive property of 33bmm or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any part of this platform without prior written permission from 33bmm.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall 33bmm's total liability to any single user exceed the net amount deposited by that user in the preceding 30 days at the time the claim arises. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
